The last time I was in the Market! Market! area was when I decided to drink another cup of Pineapple juice served at the fruit section. For one whole week of eating cooked meat and rice, I decided to drink something sweet and fresh such as pineapple juice. Well, I'm supposed to sip avocado shake after lunch but it's no longer available this time. After drinking pineapple juice, I roamed around the area to enjoy the afternoon.

It's almost five in the afternoon when I decided to have dinner. My husband suggested to try a different restaurant for the day - Seafood Island. I'm really the one who loves to eat seafood, my husband just felt like it's good for now to stay away from the usual fried chicken and pasta dishes served at the restaurants inside the mall.

For less than seven hundred pesos, we enjoyed eating seafood in a boodle way. Think about rice and viand placed in banana leaves - and sometimes it's mixed for an exciting way to enjoy a meal. It's not a new concept for me since we used to do it in the province. For my husband, it's something unusual. Upon seeing the seafood mix that we ordered for dinner, he told me that they've been eating the same thing at home. It's like we will be eating leftover seafood. I told him that it's their way of serving food. We just have to enjoy it.

Luckily, the seafood mix is delicious so we're able to finish eating it. Personally, I like the taste of the rice that was mixed with the grilled fish, fried mussels, shrimp and squid with aromatic spices. I just miss eating seafood that I really enjoyed it all. As for my husband, he still enjoyed the meal since it's delectable after all.

Have you been to Market! Market! lately? Let's talk about it in the comments below. Take care, my friend.
