These Past Few Days

The whole week was awesome, even though I've experienced a lot of unpleasant things. I've been thinking that I'm a very peculiar person because my experiences were different from others.

For example, I'm always embattled with friends who never understood my existence. These people are usually powerful with venomous-like tongues that can break hearts and dampen spirits. Fortunately, I was born with a golden heart and a valiant soul so it follows that no one can break me apart. I mean, if I don't allow it to happen.

To ease the burden, I just listened to music that are remarkably inspiring. My favorite is Count On You and some other Original Pilipino Music. In doing so, I think about musical instruments and 10 inch speaker box items that are sold in my favorite music store. I was there earlier to check for microphones.

How about you? What are your experiences in the past few days? Let's talk about it in the comments below.

Modern Filipinas Creamsilk Transformations Event at World Trade Center

We know that Creamsilk is a very popular hair product nowadays. It's also one of my favorite hair conditioners because I really like the quality of the product.

Last Saturday, the unveiling of the Modern Filipinas Creamsilk Transformations event was held at the World Trade Center. I was able to attend the event, except that I wasn't able to catch up with the last part. I need to go back to the office to catch up with my night shift slot. I didn't know that , Universe 2015, Pia would appear in the event for the first time in the country after being crowned as Miss Universe queen for the current year.

Even if I didn't finish the whole event, I learned a lot by visiting different booths at the venue. I was able to listen to invited speakers for Yes Magazine, Preview, Mega, Meg, Cosmopolitan and more.

For the first time, I've created a video for the events that I attended since I started writing for my blog. Here's a video of the Modern Filipinas Creamsilk Transformations Event for you.

A Song For Love

I've been thinking about the best way to learn singing a love song these days. My voice isn't suitable for singing because I find it hard to modulate my voice so well. No wonder I'm thinking to hire a voice coach to improve my way of producing remarkable vocal ranges for singing purposes. One time, I also thought about buying musical instruments, including a tlm 103 for regular practice at home.

I want to learn to sing a love song because I want to convey a powerful message for someone. Many people believe that music is one of the best ways to show your love and devotion to your beloved. As for me, it's a therapy and a tool to attract peace within yourself. Lovers will have a chance to feel the power of music through singing. I've always been dreaming to master such art for expressing love and affection.

How about you? Do you love music? Let's talk about it in the comments below.

Jet Black and Rays of White

We have different perspective for black and white and we always think it's amazing. Many style lovers know that it is a classy combination of fashion colors - something that will last forever. For all of those years that black and white keep coming back in trendsetting cycles, our feelings of inspiration, comfort and enthusiasm are notable. Now, that's a good sign!

As a fashion blogger, I'm so lucky to have a regular time to check the clothing racks of my favorite shopping malls. These days, black and white dominates the concept stores of our favorite brands. Last night, I saw lines of black and white at Bench and I think I'm on-trend these days.

This is the time of the year that I follow the trend because I know that it will make me feel brand new. I used to create my own style, but now, the time has come to blend with the crowd.

There's a warning though, my clothes are not all brand new. In the photos shown here, I'm wearing second-hand clothing items since I am a certified bargain hunter.

Do you like black and white? Let's talk about it in the comments section. Stay gorgeous!

Something Blue for Dress Down Look

We know that the holiday season has inspired us in so many ways. I have all the reasons in the world to share what inspired me lately. So today let's share the things that made us better for this new year.

But before that, let me share my dress down look. I've visited high street again and had some photos. I wore a blouse, a pair of light-hued slacks and sandals to feel relaxed and carefree.

It's time for the list of inspiring things, events and places now. Here we go!

1. Someone Like You. I'm talking about the Taiwanese drama series that made a lot of followers laugh, smile and love every now and then.

One of the most important things that I learned in the said TV series is this: "Love isn't a price. It's not a reward for doing all things wonderful for the person you love and for trying to be loved in return. Do you agree? I agree with these wise words because I learned that love isn't something that money can buy. Love is powerful, indispensable and mysterious. It's blind since it has no particular choice by the time it hits someone. You just feel it. If you have been truly loved by someone, celebrate it. You're lucky to found your soulmate in this lifetime.

2. Kendall Jenner. Wow! Why would I include her in this list? And why not. She's one of my favorite supermodels. She has achieved a lot of things in the modeling world because of her amazing talent in fashion and ability to keep up with her dreams. She's always experimenting to reinvent style options for all of us, ladies! She's doing the job for us. I'm always inspired every time I see new style that's shown in her photos.

3. How Successful People Win. I'm talking about the book written by John C. Maxwell. Turn to Page 12. I remember it was all about being humble. The author quoted one of our church leaders named Ezra Taft Benson, saying that, "Pride is concerned about who's right. Humility is concerned about what's right." I learned that successful people accept their failure as opportunity to meet new challenges and to learn a lot of things.

4. Miss Universe 2015 - Philippines - Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach. The reigning Miss Universe inspired a lot of us. Personally, I can say that she won because she has the capacity to charm everyone effortlessly. She has wits and talent that can make the universe share its glory. What are your thoughts about the latest Miss Universe pageant?

How about you? What inspired you lately?

Inspired Wanderer and Nature Lover

How are you? I hope you're fine. I really appreciate all my readers for supporting my blog even if I wasn't able to post on a regular basis.

My trip to Mindanao was a success - if I'll base it with my main purpose - and I learned a lot of things there.

First and foremost, I visited a lot of places to enjoy the beauty of nature. I wore a pair of black leggings, a blue shirt and a pair of black boots for style and comfort while on the road. Then, I talked to people who are older than me to gain wisdom and guidance. I'd love to stay on the right path this year.

I learned from someone that it is important to avoid blaming each other to have a long lasting relationship. I have a proof that this is true so I really believe in this one.

Just a short post for today.

What are your tips for a solid relationship? Let's talk about it.
